Day two Wonderful peeps

What is up you awesome people reading this!

So let me begin by saying, if your reading this... YOU ROCK!

Mental illness SUCKS but you are not alone.

From someone who truly struggles with waking up in the morning, to panic attacks through out the day, to trying to figure out SOME WAY to clear my head.. I got you!
My day to day activities just drain me every single damn night, and I developed some pretty unhealthy habits for awhile.

Drinking was the only was to "calm my nerves" "help me sleep at night"
Damn the whole deal. YIKES right?

Lets cut the BS and say YUP I still sink to that level on the truly bad days. The back to back panic attacks, the struggle to breath, when calming down normally just isnt an option at this point.

BUT when i have control semi over the situation, the gym is my best friend. I found out a few years ago that all of our bodies stress is in the shoulders/upper body. When I have those semi bad days, I hit that bad boy up, its full on arm day for me! I kick all the emotion out like the way South Dakota fights meth. Appartley "We are on it"
Kristi Koem what the hell were you thinking?!

That is basically tip number 1, which im sure you have heard before. We all have. It is WAY easier said then done. I mean who wants to go to the gym after an emotionally draining day. Well, THIS BITCH! Because on my bad days, I have a worst attitude with my boyfriend then I do if i were PMSing... It is always THAT bad..

Thanks for tuning in to this Ted Talk where absoluty no one will read.

Stay fiesty all you cool cats and kittens.
